Return Policy

  • At PROPAKX, we work hard to keep customers happy. Please confirm your desire to return an item by sending an email to sales@propakx.co.uk if you received damaged or incorrect products. The returns address will be given to you at this time. Within 14 days of the purchase date, things may be returned in their original condition.
  • We will be pleased to handle your refund less shipping, handling, and processing fees if you desire to return an unopened order. Please email us at sales@propakx.co.uk with the order number and a clear image of the goods.
  • Your items that were lost or harmed in transit are not our responsibility.
  • Consider the fact that while you are in charge of the product, you are accountable for any decreased value of the product as a result of handling it in any way other than what is required to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
  • Custom, Bulk, and Wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return Policy for Goods that Aren’t Delivered Because the Customer Isn’t Available at the Shipping Address, Refuses to Accept, and/or Doesn’t Pick Up from the Nearest Post Office/Shipping Partner’s Office: Goods sent to Customers that Aren’t Delivered Because the Customer Isn’t Available at the Shipping Address, Refuses to Accept, and/or Doesn’t Pick Up From the Nearest Post Office/Shipping Partner’s Office May Additionally, the client consents to pay an extra Re-Shipping Fee in order to resubmit the item to the appropriate Shipping Address. Depending on where the customer resides and where our nearest dispatch facility is, the Return to Sender Fee and Re-Shipping Fee may change.
  • All PPE products, including but not limited to face masks, face shields, etc., are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety concerns.

Refund Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 business day and you will receive a complete refund without any deduction. 
  • For purchases that have already been shipped out, our payments team will get in touch with you after we have received the goods you sent and ask for your bank information. After any deductions, if any, are made, you will get your refund by bank transfer within 30 days of the day we received your returned goods.
  • No orders for PPE products, such as face shields, face masks, etc., may be canceled or returned.

Exchange

We do not offer exchange of goods.
